Another lefty elected in Lat.Am.

Ecuador's Rafael Correa is the latest in a series of new left wing leaders to be elected in Latin America. With a Master's in economics from Louvain University in Belgium, a Ph.D. from the University of illinois, Correa is well-prepared to reform the economy. His intention is to radically reform the oil sector, renogiating usurious and one-sided contracts with foreign oil companies.
